Leadership

Founder & Host
Audrene Kerr-Brown serves as an Executive Pastor at Solid Rock Assembly alongside her husband Leighton Brown. She is a firm believer in the transformative power of faith, and she is honoured to be part of a fellowship dedicated to bringing a message of hope and purpose to the wider community. Those who hear her teach often remark on her ability to bring God's Word to life, inspiring deeper understanding through real-world application and insightful, thought-provoking delivery. Her passion for eschatology fuels her desire to understand the times, discern their prophetic significance, and recognize the unfolding purposes of God's Kingdom in the earth. Audrene is also a Psychology Professor known for her intellectually engaging and dynamic approach to teaching. Widely regarded by students as one of the most impactful educators they have encountered, she is known for making complex concepts accessible through practical examples and fostering insightful discussions that leave a lasting impression beyond the classroom. Entrepreneurially minded, she maintains a diverse portfolio of business interests and lends her expertise to several advisory boards dedicated to community development and empowerment.

Founding member
Natalie Rowe is a Certified Human Resources Leader. An economist by training, she has extensive experience working with government and private sector organizations to implement initiatives and improve performance. She is passionate about helping people, including preparing youth to fulfil their purpose. She leads implementation of mentoring initiatives, and provides financial and career coaching, as well as consulting services to individuals and organizations. Founding member
Olive Musinguzi is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 15 years experience in accounting and finance. She has worked for crown corporations, private companies, international organizations and NGOs where she has garnered a vast experience in Financial Analysis, Management Accounting and Taxation. Olive is also an educator who trains upcoming Chartered Professional Accountants. She is an entrepreneur and real estate investor with a passion to be financially independent and retire early. Her passion in entrepreneurship has led her to help others start their own businesses to impact their communities while achieving financial independence. She is often invited to speak to various audiences around the world on the power of entrepreneurship and financial freedom. One of her most fulfilling projects has been helping her 8 year old launch her business and watching her thrive into a budding entrepreneur.

Leighton Brown is a Software Engineer and an Executive Pastor at Solid Rock Assembly. A man of diverse gifts and deep convictions, Leighton brings together an uncommon blend of faith, intellect, and versatility that spans music, philosophy and entrepreneurship. His analytical mind and logical approach make him as comfortable architecting solutions in the meeting room as he is unpacking Scripture from the pulpit. Leighton accepted the Lord at the age of 10 and has been rooted in the church ever since, serving in a variety of leadership roles across ministry and para-church organizations. As a biblical teacher, he is known for his insightful, grounded approach to the Word; enriched by a deep passion for history and philosophy that gives his teaching both breadth and depth. He has a gift for connecting ancient truths to present realities, helping his listeners understand not just what the Bible says, but why and how it matters in the world today.
